International Women’s Day Event – 2020 Creating Her Next Decade

Together with the global agency 180 Kingsday and Ladies, Wine and Design, we have joined our forces to curate a mini-festival for International Women’s Day.

The event, which will be held at 180 Kingsday’s Herengracht office this Sunday, 8th of March celebrates creative women from across The Netherlands. As this is the first International Women’s Day of the new decade, the event aims to inspire and empower women to design their future, through a series of talks, workshops, screenings and a photography exhibition.

The collaboration between the two Amsterdam based agencies aims to unite people from different creative backgrounds, with the ambition of building a strong and supportive community for women in the advertising industry and beyond.

The event, titled Creating Her Next Decade, will see panel discussions which focus on everything from the impact of female filmmakers in advertising, the compromises women are faced with in their careers and the why ageism is quickly becoming the last taboo.
