We are hiring: Production Manager

CZAR Amsterdam is looking for a Production Manager. You will be part of a highly international network of people aiming to make the best work possible.

Who we are:

CZAR is an award-winning Amsterdam based production company creatingstory-driven content, with more than 25 years of experience. We represent a roster of super talented directors – the young and curious together with the established and seasoned.  We are an integrated production hub. Our company cares about being able to provide a wide set of services, to which we will add photography in the upcoming months.

Who you are:

• You are a very self-motivated Production Manager;
• You have no more than three years of professional experience;
• You know what’s happening in the business;
• You have an open-minded vision and are not hesitant to use it;
• You are able to cope with high-pressure environment and dynamic surroundings;
• You are able to coordinate a large group of people and have good teamworking skills;
• You are flexible and have no problem working independently;
• You have attention for detail;
• You have excellent organizational skills.

What you will do (but this will not be limited to):

• Work as a full-time Production Manager at CZAR – Amsterdam;
• You will be responsible for working closely together with the producer and their vision and will help in developing the best results possible alongside the crew;
• Ensure the efficiency, organization, and delivery of each project;
• Help provide the most accurate planning and preparation;
• Sometimes selecting, ordering, and purchasing materials;
• Supervise the maintenance of invoices and expenses;
